Having blurry vision can affect many aspects of your life, whether it is because you are nearsighted or farsighted. But this doesn’t have to be a permanent problem. By staying positive and focusing on methods that improve your vision, you can be able to see more clearly in no time.
Perform Daily Exercises
If you're looking to improve your vision from home, you can do simple eye exercises daily. These exercises were designed to build up your eye muscles so they are not as sore throughout the day. Start by focusing on an object 5 feet away. Stare at this object for 10 seconds and then look away. Repeat this routine for three minutes. After this exercise, try blinking for as fast as you can for several minutes.

Eyesight is something that other people seemingly take for granted, yet it can lead to disastrous results once it’s gone. There are numerous reasons why people lose their eyesight, and cataracts are among them. Considered the principal cause of blindness around the world, cataracts afflict more people than glaucoma, macular degeneration, and diabetic retinopathy combined, according to eye doctors. What Causes Cataracts? The lens in your eyes, which is mostly made of water and protein, play a huge role in keeping images in focus. The protein in your lens is arranged in a way that allows light to pass through the lens. As you age, however, some of the proteins in the lens may begin clumping together, thus clouding a small area. In time, the cataract may grow bigger, clouding more of the lens and taking a toll on your eyesight.
